Resources for Mise-en-scene

The Locations
·         Chingford in Sharuk’s house (this is where Priya finds out she’s going to get an arrange marriage).
·         High Beech Forest/Lake (for the dumping of the body).
·         College (build-up of the story) background noise can be an issue but can resolved at editing.
·         In the car (travelling to High Beech and back).

Props
·         General home furniture for e.g sofa, television, dining table.
·         A suitcase (Priya’s body is put into).
·         Car (Suitcase is put into the boot of the car).
·         Bin Liner/ Reusable black bin bag. 
Costumes
·         Multi-cultural clothing to show the ethnicity of characters.
·         Make-up for blood, cuts and bruises for the characters that have beaten.
·         Hoodies and bandanas is worn when Priya is attacked.
Lighting
The lighting of the film is mostly going to be natural lighting
There may be some lighting problems depending on the time of the filming in High Beech Forest/ Lake.
